  Toothsi Journey – A Realistic Review at each stage of treatment I will be sharing my 8-month journey with Toothsi to help others considering aligners make an informed decision. (Will keep updating and rating this post as my treatment progresses and a vlog will be shared by the end of the treatment) 🚩First delivery(4 pairs of aligners) - took around 40-45 days after the home scan to receive the delivery 🚩Second delivery (2pairs) delayed by atleast 10-15 days ⭐Third delivery- (2pairs) I received it much earlier than anticipated. Thanks to the toothsi team for fixing the issue with production and delivery. 🗓️ 12th June: Got my home scan done. It was smooth, quick, and convenient. Chose the 65k plan. I received a detailed plan after paying 12k. 🗓️ 21st June: I paid an additional ₹8,000 to begin production of my first set of aligners. 🗓️ 22nd July Post the payment of 20k I was said that I will receive my first set of aligners by 15th of July. However due to some unknown delay I received it on 22nd July. The customer support helped me resolve this. 🗓️ 26th July I visited the clinic with the kit, got my attachments and IPR done and wore my aligners. Faced discomfort for the initial 2 days, but it improved. ⭐I am happy that it's invisible. 🗓️28th August As I received my first set of aligners late, I reached out to the team a month early this time to ensure that I receive atleast the second set on time. But it was delayed again. 🗓Oct 1st 🙁🚩as expected they didn't deliver on sep 21st as shown in the app, instead received it on 1st oct,had to wear my old aligners till I received the new ones On my interaction with the customer care I realized that they do not have any visibility to track the status, because their comments are not consistent, everyone gives different timelines. i have received aligners for only one month🥲 have to continue to go through the pain of following up again n again ⭐Pros: *Absolutely invisible *Effective and I can see minor changes within a month *Dentists at their clinic were very professional and polite. 🚩Cons: *Yellowing of teeth even though I brush twice a day and floss often (electric toothbrush helped me resolve this) *Delay in delivery and production of aligners that ends up delaying your treatment
